CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 393(FIN) An Act relating to managed                      
care for recipients of medical assistance; and providing for an                
effective date was read the second time.                                       
                                                                               
Senator Green moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Health, Education and Social Services Senate Committee                  
Substitute offered on page 3658.  Senator Duncan objected, then                
withdrew his objection.  There being no further objections, SENATE             
CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 393(HES) was adopted and                          
read the second time.
